Running and Power Walking |

Our Running and Power walking classes for beginners has been designed to teach you how to run and have this wonderful way of keeping fit as one of your techniques for weight loss. This class will teach you the basics of the running technique and how to build up your stamina from scratch so that you can sustain a gentle run for a short period of time. Never say never - you may find yourself registering for the next London Marathon or half marathon! For beginners only. | |
