Are you tired of starting out on a diet or lifestyle change and failing and finding yourself back where you started?

Over the years I struggled with this myself and it led me to have to personally find the answers. The Mind and Body Programme has originated from my personal journey to break free from the repetitive cycle of failing with food addictions.

We all know how to eat healthily. Diets, recipes and healthy eating ideas have been marketed at us for years now. Having the knowledge of what is good to eat for weight loss is not our problem but -

The Mind and Body course will teach you about your personal reasons for failing to reach your weight loss targets. It is a 40 minute weight loss coaching session. As a trained life coach and listening skills counsellor, I have designed this unique programme which addresses our mind sets and emotions. Our actions are based on our thoughts and emotions. Your hand moves because your brain told it to do so. The thought is always first.

You may often start off well on a new diet or fitness programme but always find the old thought patterns creeping back in. This repeating cycle usually starts with you breaking a few of your new rules and the goals begin to tumble down from this point. You find yourself sabotaging your weight loss plans because of your thinking patterns. If it was as simple as eating healthy food to lose weight; wouldn't you be doing it and succeeding?

Let me help you address your self talk and teach you techniques to change it and replace it with positive life changing thought processes. You will then be empowered to change yourself as the roots of your previous thinking are pulled up and out!! the consequence will be weight lost.

The Mind and Body Programme 1 to 1 or small groups

1 to 1 at my studio @ £40 per session - 45minutes

Come with friends in a small group @ £20 per session
