Clients contact me for personal training for many different reasons. They can range from health concerns such as hypertension, fybromyalgia, fear of heart disease or diabetes and a need to lose weight and tone muscle.
Everyone would like to strengthen and improve their body and posture and have increased energy and vitality. We all want to look and feel great. Life is demanding and our output is high. Many people ignore the fact that their bodies need replenishing with a healthy diet and routine. A sedentary lifestyle can be changed by gentle exercise, and exhaustion overcome as a result of taking that first step to self improvment.
My fitness programmes incorporate cardiovascular exercise, whole body strength training, core stability work and pilates techniques. These are individually designed to be equally effective for both men and women with different fitness levels. Within a few weeks increased energy, improved stamina and weight loss will be evident. Anything can be achieved from toning your abdominals to running your first 5k or 10k race.
Your desire coupled with my know how, the great outdoors, some free weights and we have the perfect recipe for a succesful weight loss programme.
No fitness programme would be complete without sound nutritional guidelines, meal plans, and advice which is covered in the initial fitness and lifestyle assessment. To reach a good level of health and fitness the body needs nourishing with wholesome foods which will replenish it and maintain energy levels. Nutritional meals, delivered to your door, can be arranged. Being free from cooking meals at the beginning of your fitness plan can be a great 'kick start'.
